Adult Tour Groups

Group Tours

Admission fees for group tours of 10 or more adults discounted pricing with advance reservation. Please call for the rates. Fees may be paid at the Visitor Center Admission Desk upon arrival at the Village. The group's tour coordinator and bus driver are admitted without charge. Tours are self-guided.

Groups of 40 or more

Ask about special rates for groups of 40 or more adults when making your reservation.

Group Reservations

Group leaders may schedule their group's reservation by calling 918-786-6446 at least one week in advance to qualify for group discounts.


Be sure to call the Grand Lake Kitchen at 918-541-7147 at least one week in advance to make lunch arrangements for your group. Keep in mind the Kitchen is closed on Tuesday's.

Eating at Har-Ber Village

Use of the Picnic Pavilion is included with museum admission and may be reserved for groups wishing to bring in their lunches or have them catered by Grand Lake Kitchen. Smaller groups will enjoy eating their lunches at the Cafe. Please understand the Cafe is a third party tenant and any outside dining at their location is reserved for Cafe customers.
