Facility Rentals at Har-Ber Village

Har-Ber Village is an ideal location for family, church, and high school reunions as well as bridal and baby showers, and wedding and other receptions. The scenic setting and amenities combined with convenience and affordability make this the perfect place to host your celebration.

The Har-Ber Village Chapel is located at the lower end of the Village overlooking the lake. This small building will seat about 12 persons. Electricity is available. Weddings have been performed both inside and outside this building. Food and beverages are not allowed inside the Chapel—this location is for wedding ceremonies only.  

The Har-Ber Village Event Tent is a 40’ x 80’ metal shed with covered roof. Half of the building is paneled; the other half has canvas curtains that may be open or closed depending on the weather. There is a cement floor, a wooden dance floor, and a raised wooden stage. The space can seat up to 200 people, but is most comfortable for about 150. Indoor rest rooms are available. An adjoining 48' x 36’ gravel area surrounded by rustic fence rails is available for additional seating. 

The Picnic Pavilion is a 58’ x 20’ covered patio area with 12 tables and 48 chairs included with the space rental fee. A sink with potable water and several electrical outlets are available.

Located near the main parking lot and the Nature Trail, the Picnic Pavilion provides a convenient location for a wide variety of activities.

The Visitor Center meeting room will seat up to 30 people for meetings, lectures, and workshops. Chairs and tables included in space rental fee. Podium w/microphone and access to a caterer’s kitchen bar. Television monitor and cables for computer presentations.

The Har-Ber Village Craft Room is located in the middle of the Village and is available for use by historic craft and trade groups for meetings and demonstrations as well as for workshops, meetings and lectures. Chairs and tables included in space rental fee.
